Privacy notice
This notice explains how HeySheep Technologies Pte Ltd ("HeySheep", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: company, name, role, work email, phone number (if provided) and your message. We also record the time of the enquiry, your browser type and approximate country, so we can spot abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery session.
- To follow up about Collie and related HeySheep services you asked about.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and in HeySheep's own systems. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete them when no longer needed.
Business emails from us
We may contact businesses whose contact details are publicly listed, to introduce Collie. Every such email lets you opt out with a one-line reply, and we then stop contacting you.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email contact@heysheep.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
